We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging where applicable. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at adinkeletsy@gmail.com with your order details and, where appropriate, photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or size, please contact us at adinkeletsy@gmail.com. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
