Refund & Return Policy

 

At AndrewOmnix, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
